Don’t miss the opportunity to become an exhibitor at this year’s meeting. Take advantage of marketing your presence to ensure your company reaches out to the registered doctors. This is a perfect opportunity to build relationships with your customers.

The exhibitor registration fee includes:

• Half of one 8 ft x 30 inch table as an exhibitor with two chairs
• Conference registration for one person
• Complimentary attendance for one person for Continental Breakfast on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, as well as attendance at the Tuesday night Cocktail Reception & Banquet Dinner.
• Two table tent signs pre-printed with your company name

Due to the fact that this is not a traditional "tradeshow" set-up (no pipe and drape), it is important that you let us know if you will be bringing a pre-fab portable tradeshow booth. Any special needs (i.e., electrical outlets or extension cords) should be noted on your registration form.

All exhibitors will be responsible for their own materials. Security services will not be provided by Aspen Urological Conference; therefore, we encourage you not to leave any valuables overnight in the exhibit area.
