Headquarters Hotel The Aspen Urological Conference's headquarters hotel is the Mountain Chalet. All meetings will take place at the Mountain Chalet. Please call the hotel directly for your guest room reservations.
Only a limited number of guest rooms are available.
All reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Purchase one guest room for 6 nights, get the 7th night free!! All guest room rates include daily breakfast.
All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, & gratuity which currently total 14%.
There will be an additional charge of $20.00 per day for each additional person over age 18 and $10 per day for children 3 to17 years and/or over two people in a guestroom. The maximum number of people per guest room is four.

Our two-bedroom apartments are an excellent option for your family vacation. Sleeps up to 6 with a king bed in one room, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen murphy bed in the living room. Three have 1 ½ baths, one has 2 baths. All have wired internet access. |

Parking: Complimentary underground self parking is available for hotel guests only. If you are not staying at the Mountain Chalet and wish to drive there, please use on street parking. (Aspen is very pedestrian-friendly, and the alternative accommodations are walking distance to the Mountain Chalet if you wish to leave your car at your hotel.)
Deposit: A deposit of $500 per room is required to confirm a reservation. Full prepayment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of any confirmed reservation will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. We request a 60-day cancellation notice for refund of the full deposit minus the cancellation fee. After that deadline, guest is responsible for all nights reserved. |
