Headquarters Hotel

We have contracted the best available room rate with the Aspen Meadows Resort, which will be the host hotel for the 2019 Conference. A link for attendees to make and edit their reservations will be available soon. The below rates are available from February 18-February 22, 2019.

Single Rate: $324/night (plus tax and resort fee)

Double Rate: $349/night (plus tax and resort fee)

If you are planning to arrive before February 18,  we can offer a guestroom only rate of 20% off of their BAR- single/double occupancy (plus Resort Fee and tax). If you are planning to stay past February 22, we can offer a guestroom only rate of $269 per night, single/double occupancy (plus Resort Fee and tax). These pre/post rates are available from February 15-February 25th and subject to availability.
