Shipping Information
For those of you who need to ship exhibit materials to Aspen for the meeting, please be advised that the Mountain Chalet has limited storage capabilities, so please limit the size and quantity of your shipments. They will accept pre-paid shipments only, no earlier than three days prior to the meeting. Shipments to the hotel will be released only to the person named on the shipping label.

All packages MUST contain a label giving the following information:

  1. Complete Return Address
  2. Mountain Chalet's Address
  3. Attn: Adrienne Schladerer, Events & Conference Manager
  4. Hold for: [Hotel Guest's Name, Arrival Date]
  5. Aspen Urological Conference, Feb 4-8, 2013
  6. Number of Boxes (i.e., Box 1 of 2, Box 2 of 2)

Shipment label should read as follows:
